I first tried phyto nectars at Bali Breathwork and wanted to order the I am focused sachets - I found that both the I am focused and I am rested products were delicious and made me feel absolutely revitalised. I am rested has replaced my decaffeinated coffee in the evenings and has been a delicious alternative and helped me wind down after a long day. Thank you and I shall be ordering some again very soon!

I recently used these whilst working filming for 8 weeks, long hours and highly adrenalised days. I found I Am Rested really helps me wind down and I sleep well every time I take. A tremendous support in conjunction with a daily meditation and yoga practice, but also great when you’re just unable to have a daily practice and need some extra support to calm down. I love taking my morning Phyto Nectar Focus, as my early morning ritual. It tastes great and I am hoping that it is helping with my brain fog. I would take it in the evening as well if it came in bigger packs.
