• L-Theanine – Extracted from Chinese green tea, L-Theanine is a unique amino acid that enhances a zen-like relaxation state, relaxing the mind without strong sedative actions. 

• Magnesium – Has a  relaxing effect on the central nervous and muscular system

• Guava - Fruity flavour and its  full of anti-oxidant compounds such as polyphenols, vitamin C and carotenoids

• Tulsi – Holy basil is used for health and spiritual development, and its positive effects on the nervous system. Modern research has investigated holy basils potential anti-depressant properties

• Reishi –  the spore powder has the potential effect of regulating immunity, it has been researched for its effects on the central nervous system and sleep

• Lavender - Relaxing effects on the nervous system

• Lion’s Mane – Also known as the ‘super brain’ mushroom, great for cognitive health and its anti-oxidant properties that support anxiety and fatigue.

• Blueberry  – high in anthocyanins to protect against oxidative stress

Perfect to take everyday to help unwind the mind. This tasty Guava drink is beautiful after a long day at work, or before bedtime. Mix with with warm milk to create a delicious drink.

Best served with warm plant milk.

Equally as good served with ice, make the paste first though and top up with cold milk, then pour over ice.

The plants and mushrooms used in Phyto Nectars are meticulously sourced from small holding farms that are family owned and passed down from generation to generation. The cooperatives support the farmers and their families wellbeing with food, medicine, clothes and transport.  They also support the biodiversity and regeneration of the land by encouraging the farmers to plant different species. 

All our packaging is recyclable, and as the technology evolves to more sustainable packaging, so shall we.
