• Gota Kola – Gotu Kola is traditionally used as a brain tonic for enhancing concentration, memory and energy levels. 
• Fermented Ashwagandha – Best known for its stress relieving properties
• Zinc - Found in an area of the brain involved in learning and memory.  Zinc helps support normal cognitive function.

Whenever you feel the need to give your mind a kickstart, grab a sachet of I am Focused and pour into a vessel of your choosing. Heat 180ml of plant milk or water. Add two tablespoons to your cup, whisk to create a smooth paste, and top up with the remaining liquid. Alternatively, add to your morning coffee for double trouble.  Try this as a warm hot chocolate or mocha.  Equally as good served with ice, make the paste first though and top up with cold milk, then pour over ice.

The plants and mushrooms used in Phyto Nectars are meticulously sourced from smallholding farms that are family-owned and passed down from generation to generation. The cooperatives support the farmers’ and their families’ well-being with food, medicine, clothes and transport.  They also support the biodiversity and regeneration of the land by encouraging the farmers to plant different species. 

All our packaging is recyclable, and as the technology evolves to more sustainable packaging, so shall we.

The natural sugar in our blends is in the form of complex carbohydrates - long chain polysaccharides from whole plants - fruits - mushrooms - they contain fibre with slower release into the blood.  

Complex carbohydrates make up for around 30-35% of each of our blends.

Focused has coconut sugar and although more complex than refined sugar from cane (slower release into the blood) is 20% of the blend.
