Resilient "hot toddy"
Kick start you digestion and immune system with I AM RESILIENT in the morning
In Ayurveda, they recommend having warm water first thing in the morning. This helps to kick start your digestion, eliminate toxins and boost your immune system.
Some Ayurvedic practices have hot water with ginger, or turmeric or just lemon. We love to have our I AM RESILIENT with hot water and a small teaspoon of honey to kick start our mornings.
It will help to boost your immunity, warm your insides getting them ready for the day ahead and strengthen your qi ( vital energy)
Add the sachet into a cup, add a tablespoon of warm water and stir to make a paste. Add remaining warm water and a little honey.
